Do you have a passion for business and customer relations? Do you want to work in a business-intensive office with your own customer base? Then this could be the job for you!

At Swedbank, you have the opportunity to:

• Take on a key role responsible for some of Halmstad's most important affluent customers that make up your customer base.

• Act proactively and identify new business opportunities, develop existing customer relationships, and create new business contacts.

• Work with financial advisory and together with the customer develop a financial plan for how the customer's finances should grow.

• Collaborate with colleagues in the office as well as specialists within Swedbank to best support the customer's entire business.

In this role, you need:

• At least two years of experience in pension, savings, insurance, and credit business.

• Swedsec Advisor License, Swedsec Mortgage License, and Insurance Distribution Rights Life Private (IDD).

• A very good ability to develop customer relationships and business over time.

• A structured working method as well as good order and tidiness.

• A personal drive and willingness as well as the ability to do business with new and existing customers.

• High competence to inventory and manage the customer's total personal finances and read the customer's needs.

• Good ability to negotiate prices and terms.

• Good knowledge of anti-money laundering and customer knowledge (AML/KYC).

• Proficiency in taxes and law regarding personal finances.

• Demonstrated compliance regarding advisory documentation.

• Service orientation, quality awareness, structure in your work, business acumen, and being solution-oriented and relationship-building.

• Good oral and written communication skills.
